Today took care of most of the sanding using drastic methods: 20 minutes with an angle grinder with a #40 fibre disc to round the seams and knock down bumps and glue blobs, half an hour with a belt sander (also #40) along strips to remove disc marks from the grinder, followed by a couple of hours handsanding with a longboard (#40) to fair the hull. Last I filled some gaps and dents left after sanding, with thickened epoxi.
